Surgeon Who Influenced Tucker

Just stumbled across this page which talks about a Dr. Claire L. Straith, DDS, MD, who became concerned about type and number of injuries caused by automobile accidents and talked to several automotive executives about it, including Preston Tucker. He also had his car's dash padded and installed seat belts.
